In response to Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy, MY HUMBLE HOUSE GROUP facilitates cross-border talent cultivation and cultural integration by welcoming foreign students to intern in the hospitality industry in Taiwan. This initiative fosters cross-cultural exchange and mutual understanding, strengthening the foundation for future talent development and recruitment. Additionally, we embrace new immigrants into our service teams, building a more inclusive and globally competitive workplace. To further integrate diverse cultures, we actively offer language courses such as Vietnamese and Thai, enhancing employees' cross-cultural communication skills and ensuring seamless collaboration among colleagues from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
